Daniel is an excellent realtor. He has vast knowledge of the SW Florida area, he can answer many questions for people relocating to Florida from another state. He responds in a timely manner, is helpful in finding and showing properties based on what I am looking for. I was able to find my forever ( retirement) home with Daniel. Dan made buying a house from 1,200 miles away EASY -- as if we lived locally. Our family lives in PA and we bought in Naples, FL; Dan recommended a new community that we didn't know existed. He is the most proactive and intuitive realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. During multiple phone conversations, Dan was able to decipher our wants and needs in a house and present us with multiple options within the community. Although the model homes were not yet finished and open for the public to tour, Dan was able to get permission from the onsite sales associates to take video of the model under consideration. Because he took the time to take and send us the video, we were able to see the inside of the house and make a decision. Dan answered all of our MANY questions via email, text, and phone quickly and comprehensively; if he didn't know an answer, he was eager and diligent to find the answer. His negotiation skills are top-notch! In fact, he saved our family $5,000 off the price of our house through expert negotiating on our behalf. Dan was instrumental in our search and purchase of a new home SW FL. We planned to relocate to FL from CA to be near to family and we're familiar with the area.
